Little Brother bowing out with Left Back

Okayplayer recently reported that North Carolina hip hop group Little Brother would be releasing their 4th and final album Left Back, on April 20th this year. Phonte and Big Pooh will be featuring alongside  a variety of producers including Khrysis, Denaun Porter, Zo!, Symbolic One, J. Bizness, and King Karnov but no sign of 9th Wonder. It is a shame 9th Wonder, who has gone on to bigger and better things, is not on board for the last chapter for Little Brother who are one of my favourite hip hop acts. They danced on the brink of commercial success with their 2005 release ‘The Minstrel Show’ which gained plenty of acclaim including love from XXL and The Source but was ignored by BET who refused to play their tracks. The end of an era for the Little Brother so lets hope they go out with a solid release.
